It is a privilege for me to serve as the Chairman of this institution, and I am deeply committed to building an environment where academic excellence, integrity, and compassion come together. At US-Bangla Medical College, our primary focus is our students. We aim to provide a modern, practical, and high-quality medical education that prepares future doctors to meet both national and global healthcare challenges. Our goal is not only to develop skilled professionals but also responsible and ethical individuals. Creating a supportive and respectful environment is another important goal. I will ensure that the campus remains safe, inclusive, and motivating for all students, where everyone can grow without barriers. In addition, I will focus on mentorship and guidance, so that students receive proper direction in both their academic journey and personal development. I will strengthen clinical training so that every student gain proper hands-on experience and confidence before entering professional life. Real-world skills will be a key priority.

My goal is simple—to create an institution where students are confident, capable, and ready to serve society with dedication and integrity. Together, we will move forward to make US-Bangla Medical College a place of excellence, discipline, and opportunity.
